How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed and shipped from Epping, Victoria. Please allow approximately one week for your order to be packed and dispatched where stock is available. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. For large & bulk orders or custom made orders, estimates will be shared with your quotation.

How should I care for my grazing board and coasters?

Our grazing boards are pre-treated with food-safe oil. To clean your board, gently wipe it with a cloth and warm water—do not use chemicals or hard brushes. Our wooden coasters are also oiled and are intended for cold or warm drinks only. Do not place hot cookware, pans or other heated items on them.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unused products may be eligible for a return and refund. For hygiene and quality reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us to discuss returning an item so we can provide instructions and confirm its eligibility.
